1956 in the village of Bolnis-Khachen (Georgia)

1985 graduated from Simferopol State University.

Career Experience
Komsomol and Party work at the ore mining and processing enterprise of Marneoul
1983-1987 worked at Regional Committee of L.Y.C.L. (Leninist Young Communist League) of the Crimea first as an instructor then as a division head.
1987-1990 was a deputy director of Simferopol trade school of the USSR Ministry of Atomic Power Engineering.
1990-1998 his work was connected with the Supreme Council of the Crimea where he was first as a head of interstate and international standing committee then the first deputy chairman of the Parliament.
He headed the Constitutional Committee of the Supreme Council.
1989-1996 was the chief of the Armenian Association of the Crimea. Now he is the honorary chairman of the same Association.
1994 was elected a president of the International Armenian Congress.
1999 was a co-author of project "Krimski proyect" on restoring the economy of the Crimea.
1998 was a chief executive of cable plant of Yerevan.
On July 1, 1999 by Decree of the President A. Ghoukassian was appointed the Prime Minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

Danielyan is an academician of International Science Academy of Spiritual Unity of Nations and International Science Academy of Nature and Society.
