On October 8, State Minister of Artsakh Republic Artak Beglaryan received experts from the "Ararat Alliance" think tank, Larisa Alaverdyan, Alexander Manasyan, led by the head of the center, Tatul Manaseryan. The State Minister welcomed the discussions initiated by the center in Artsakh, emphasizing the effective realization of the potential of the expert community in solving the problems facing Artsakh. He thanked the experts for their continued support to Artsakh and their readiness for further cooperation. The parties exchanged thoughts on the settlement of the Karabakh conflict, the possibilities of solving a number of external and internal problems of Artsakh. An agreement was reached on the consistent deepening of cooperation.
