Education
2007 graduated from Artsakh State University, Faculty of Economics and Law, with the qualification of a lawyer.

Work Experience
2007 Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Artsakh, assistant-trainee of the prosecutor of the Martakert region.
2008-2009 held the position of an assistant prosecutor of Martakert district and prosecutor of the same prosecutor's office.
2009-2011 worked as a prosecutor in the Prosecutor's Office of Stepanakert city.
2011-2015 held the position of the prosecutor of the corruption, property and economic activities department of the General Prosecutor's Office, and until 2019, the position of senior prosecutor.
2019-2020 worked as a senior prosecutor in the General Prosecutor's Office.
2021-2023 held the position of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Artsakh.
2023 On March 1, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, he was appointed State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh.

Other Information
Since 2014, he has been engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities.
Author of five scientific articles and more than a dozen publications.
13.10.2016 by the decree of Artsakh Republic President he was awarded the "Mkhitar Gosh" medal.
By the order of the RA Prosecutor General dated 22.11.2019 was awarded the medal "For Strengthening the Law and Order".
